Based in Little Island, Co. Cork, Master Engineering Limited is an Irish Company that specialises in the design & manufacture of tanks and pressure vessels for the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food & beverage industries.
Since its incorporation in 1989 Master Engineering has successfully completed a large number of projects in these sectors.
Master Engineering, today employs over 40 people in a technologically challenging environment, where uniformly high standards and motivation are expected and delivered across a broad range of projects for clients throughout Ireland, the United Kingdom and continental Europe.
Our manufacturing expertise has resulted in an impressive list of achievements. As you would expect, quality control underpins the company’s entire success. We operate a rigorous quality control culture (link to quality main page) at every level of the company’s structure from design to estimating, scheduling, production, manufacturing, testing, delivery, installation and after sales service.
Through our documented process and controls, we benchmark our business using our achieved and accredited quality management system standards I.S. EN ISO 9001:2015 and EN 1090, whilst ensuring our personal commitment to quality control and assurance is total.

We are experienced and provide expertise in a wide range of materials such as: 316 L / 304 L / 904 L / Hastelloy UNS N06022 & AL6XN Steels.
Our coded welders follow and conform to both ASME and EN welding procedures during the fabrication process of our products.
Meet the Team
Our highly qualified technical management and administration team brings a combined experience from all sectors within the industry.
John is responsible for the overall Operational resource functionality of each division and the Quality Assurance of Master Engineering Limited. He is also overall responsible for the regulatory, standard and testing compliance’s and documentation of all products produced, fabricated or repaired by Master Engineering Limited. He is also responsible for auditing and maintaining of our accredited (QMS) Quality Management Systems, ISO:9001:2015 & BS EN 1090.
John manages the Scheduling and Production of all projects in conjunction with our Shop Floor Supervisor. John also deals with a number of our clientele from the Food and Beverage Industries.
Adam co-ordinates our design division of Master Engineering Limited and he is responsible for the design and engineering of all Master Engineering Limited’s Projects. Using our state of the art design packages, Adam ensures that all of our products are designed, built and compliant under the scopes of the relevant codes, standards and client specifications .
Adam also looks after the Vessel division of Master Engineering Limited and he is responsible for liaising with the majority of our clientele from the Pharmaceutical and Bio- tech sectors.
Tim runs the fabrication division of Master Engineering Limited. Tim is a specialists in conceptual projects and he liaises with a number of our clientele that makes products for the research, development and manufacture of biotechnological and pharmaceutical drug therapies, as well as for the food and drink industry.
Pauline is responsible for the collation ,preparation and uploading of all of our Documentation Hand over Packages for all Master Engineering Vessel and Fabrication Projects. Pauline also assists with the administration and accounts division within Master Engineering Limited.
Sean is responsible for the overall Documentation process and quality functionality of each division of Master Engineering Limited. He is overall responsible for the regulatory standard and testing compliance’s documentation packages.
Sean is also involved in our ISO:9001:2015 Quality Standard Systems.
Gerard is responsible for the management and control of both Vessel and Fabrication Projects that are approved for construction on the shop floor. In conjunction with the production manager, Gerard ensures that all of the project deliverables and milestones are met within their proposed time-frame. He is responsible for all of the plant and machinery within the workshop. And as a qualified First Aider , Gerard is also a member of the Health & Safety committee within Master Engineering Limited
Brian is responsible for the inspection, control and reporting of our welding process within Master Engineering Limited. He is responsible for the control and supervision of all welding activities, and ensures that all Projects and stainless steel structures we produce, meet the adequate levels of mechanical resistance, stability, serviceability and durability.
